We want people to know what’s going on around here and be well informed about the business direction. We default to open communication and have a culture of transparency, honesty and trust.
Our success depends on everyone playing their part. Everyone has the autonomy to perform their role and is accountable for their actions/decisions.
We encourage experimentation and new ideas. Failing fast runs at the heart of what we do. We would prefer people to try, fail and learn than sit back and wait for things to happen.
